Every reminder can fire an alert at one chosen moment relative to its due time. Alerts always go to a set of people you nominate — they don't broadcast to the whole area.

Note — Push notifications on the mobile app are NOT triggered by reminders specifically. The mobile app surfaces notifications via the bell stream — if you have push enabled, you'll see new bell notifications appear, including reminder alerts.
Alert timing
Pick one of:
No alert — silent reminder. Still shows on the list and calendar.
At event — fires the moment the due time hits.
5 minutes before.
15 minutes before.
1 hour before.
12 hours before.
24 hours before.
Adding recipients
Each recipient is a {name, email} pair. You can add as many as needed — every recipient receives the same email + in-app alert at the same time.
Tip — Pick recipients carefully. Adding the whole area team to every reminder produces alert fatigue and people stop reading the bell. One or two people per reminder is usually enough.
