Notification errors

Surface for delivery failures (email bounces, push errors) on eMAR-related notifications.

When a Carerealm notification fails to deliver — bounced email, expired push token, invalid recipient — the failure is recorded here. Useful for catching gaps in the alerting chain.

eMAR → More → Notification errors.

What's listed

  • Timestamp.

  • Notification type (e.g. missed_dose, approval_request, medication_expiring).

  • Intended recipient.

  • Reason for failure.

  • Retry status — many failures auto-retry.

What to do about them

  • Email bounces — check the email address. Update via Admin → Account directory.

  • Expired push tokens — usually self-heals when the user opens the mobile app.

  • Persistent failures — contact support.
