Two audit streams
Sheet history (
mars_sheet_history) — meta-changes: who created the sheet, who archived it, who unarchived it, who edited the patient identity.Administration records (
mars_administrations) — every recorded dose against medications on the sheet.
Opening a sheet's History tab shows both streams interleaved.
What you can't change
Heads up — Sheet history and administration records are append-only. Even realm admins cannot edit or delete past rows — corrections happen via the standard flows (retrospective recording, off-schedule, override) which add new audit rows rather than rewriting old ones.
