Carerealm renders any MAR sheet as a printable PDF on demand. The PDF includes the patient identity block, every medication on the sheet, and every recorded administration within the validity window.
Generating a PDF
Open eMAR → Sheets.
Open the sheet you want to print.
Click PDF. Carerealm renders the sheet server-side (Puppeteer) and downloads the file.
Print or save the PDF.
What's on the PDF
Patient identity — name, DOB, GP, NHS number, allergies.
Medications — one row per medication, scheduled times across columns.
Administrations — outcome code and initials per recorded dose.
Sheet metadata — sheet name, validity dates, generated timestamp.
Tip — Print a fresh PDF before each inspection — paper from a month ago won't include this month's recordings.
