Best-interest decisions need regular review. The Covert Medications page surfaces medications by their review date — overdue first, then due-soon, then current.
Status thresholds

Note — The "Due soon" threshold is 14 days (not a week). There is no in-app way to change this threshold — it's a fixed value in code.
Recommended review cadence
Most services review covert decisions monthly as a matter of policy, even though Carerealm doesn't enforce a fixed cadence. Set the next review date a month forward each time you complete a review.
Recording a completed review
Open eMAR → More → Covert Medications.
Open the medication that's due.
Click Record review.
Update the review date (typically a month from today).
Add review notes — the multidisciplinary team's decision, any changes to the medication or the plan.
Save.
Heads up — Recording a review overwrites the previous review notes. Carerealm does not keep a history of past reviews internally. For a paper trail of every review, also record each one in the supported person's About sections (or as a Form submission).
