Two ways to upload:
Drag-and-drop
Drag files (or a folder of files) from your desktop onto the Files page. A drop zone activates and shows you what's about to be uploaded. Drop to confirm.
Click-to-browse
Click Upload to open the standard file picker. Pick one or more files and confirm.
Size and types
Up to 99 MB per file. Files over this are rejected with an error.
Any file type. PDFs, images, audio, video, Office documents, CSVs — all accepted.
Heads up — For large videos, consider compressing them first. A modern phone can produce 4K files of 200 MB+ that don't add much value over a 50 MB compressed version, and exceed the upload limit.
Multi-file uploads
You can drop multiple files at once, or pick multiple files in the picker. Each one uploads independently — failures on one file don't stop the rest.
Note — Carerealm does not currently preserve folder structure when you drop a folder. The files inside the folder are flattened into the current location. If you need a folder hierarchy in Carerealm, create the folders first and upload into each one.
