Forms history (Completed tab)

Past submissions for the area — filter by submitter, form, date range. Open a row to read.

The Completed tab in the Forms app is your history. Newest first by default.

Filters

  • Submitter — multi-select. "All Submitters" by default.

  • Form template — multi-select. "All Forms" by default.

  • Date range — picker with shortcuts (Today, Yesterday, Past N days, Current Month, Past Month).

  • Sort — newest / oldest (hidden until 2xl screens).

Note — There's no submission-status filter today. Lock state shows on each row as an amber Locked pill — scan visually rather than filtering.

Opening a row

Click any row to open the single-entry read view. From there you can:

  • Read every answer in submission order.

  • Comment — every submission has a discussion thread (FormComments).

  • Share to channel — drop a link in an Inbox channel.

  • Complete this form again — quickly start a fresh submission of the same template.

  • Download as PDF, Download as Word, or Print — via icon buttons in the header (collapses to a single "Actions" menu on mobile).

Row-level actions (kebab menu)

  • View entry — everyone.

  • Lock entry / Manage / unlock — realm admins only.

  • Remove form — admins and area moderators. Confirms before deleting.
