Per-{{area}} bulk export
From the area Forms page, the 3-dot menu (top right, admin/moderator only) → Export Completed Forms. The dialog lets you filter date range / submitter / form before exporting.
Output format: Excel (XLSX) only. One row per submission, with each question as a column.
Single-submission exports
Open any completed submission. The header has three icon buttons:
Download as PDF.
Download as Word (.docx).
Print — uses your browser's print dialog. Carerealm has a print-friendly stylesheet that hides chrome and shows the company / area header.
Heads up — There is no CSV export and no bulk-PDF pipeline today. For multiple submissions as PDFs, open each one and print to PDF via the browser — or use the XLSX export.
Realm-wide reports
Admins can compare submissions of the same template across every area at Admin → Forms → Results (click Results on a template).
