Completing, flagging and clearing reminders

Tick a reminder done, flag one for attention, or bulk-clear the completed pile.

Marking complete

Click the checkbox on a reminder row. Done.

  • One-off reminder — moves to the Completed list with a "completed by X at Y" footer.

  • Recurring reminder — its due date advances by one interval and it stays active. You'll see the next due time appear at the top of the list.

Un-completing

Hit the checkbox again to flip a reminder back to active — useful if you ticked the wrong one.

Flagging

The flag icon on each row is independent of completion. Use it to mark a reminder as needing attention (e.g. "this monthly hairdresser appointment hasn't been booked"). Flagged reminders surface in a separate filter, whether they're active or complete.

Bulk clearing

The Completed list grows over time. Use Clear all completed to remove every completed (state-2) reminder in one click. The action is logged in the activity log but doesn't un-do — if you want to keep a completed reminder for the record, leave it where it is.

Heads up — Clearing completed reminders is a bulk action. It removes ALL completed reminders for the area. If you only want to clear some, delete them individually instead.

Deleting a reminder

The kebab menu on each row has a "Delete" action. Deletion removes the reminder entirely. Recurring reminders deleted while active stop their schedule — you don't need to delete every future occurrence separately.
