Data doesn't "disappear" in Carerealm — but it can be in a different place than you expect.
Check the activity log
Open the area's activity log and search for the action. If your entry was created, you'll see it. If it was revised or moved, the log shows by whom and when.
Check Drafts
If you wrote a diary entry or form submission but didn't click Submit, it's still in Drafts.
Check the wrong area
Got multiple supported people with similar names? Easy mistake. The activity log of the area you intended will show whether anything from you arrived there.
Filters
On the diary, forms history and similar list pages, default filters can hide things. Click the filter chip and check the date range and status filter.
If it really is gone
If you've checked all the above and it's still missing, raise a support ticket. We can often recover data from backups within the last 30 days.
