When something in Carerealm looks wrong, work through this checklist before raising a support ticket:
Try in order
Hard refresh the page — Ctrl-F5 on Windows, Cmd-Shift-R on macOS. Most visual oddities are cured by clearing a stale cache.
Sign out and back in. Many auth-related issues clear up after a fresh session.
Try a different browser. If the problem only appears in one browser, a browser extension is the likely cause.
Check the activity log for the area. If you can't see a record you expect, the log shows whether it was created, deleted or moved.
Ask a colleague if they see the same thing. If they don't, the issue is probably specific to your account or device.
If none of the above resolves it, use "Suggest a feature or article" with a clear description of what you did, what you expected, and what actually happened.
