If the app feels slow or laggy:
Your connection
Care services often run on weak Wi-Fi. Run a quick speed test. Anything below 5Mbps will make a sluggish experience on big pages (eMAR dashboards, large diaries).
Your browser
Lots of open tabs and old browser extensions slow everything down. Close unused tabs, restart your browser, and try in an Incognito / Private window to rule out extensions.
Your device
If you're on a tablet that's three or more years old running the latest OS, Carerealm can struggle. The mobile app is much more efficient on older hardware.
If it's only one page
Open the activity log and filter to a different date range. If the log loads fast but one page is slow, the issue is specific to that view — tell us via the help centre's "Suggest" link.
