If you sign in with a password (rather than Google, Microsoft or Apple), you can change it at any time from My account.
Change your password
Open My account.
Find the "Change password" section.
Enter your current password, then your new password twice.
Save. You'll stay signed in on the current device; sessions on other devices are revoked, and you'll need to sign in again on them.
Forgot your password?
Use the "Forgot password" link on the login screen. We'll email a reset link to the address on your account. The link is valid for a limited time and works once.
Heads up — If the reset email isn't arriving within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then ask a colleague to check whether your organisation's mail server is filtering Carerealm. We send from
[email protected].
Password rules
Minimum 8 characters.
Re-using your current password is rejected.
Strong passphrases (three or four random words) are far easier to remember and harder to crack than
P@ssword1.
Tip — Use a password manager — Carerealm works correctly with 1Password, Bitwarden, iCloud Keychain and similar tools. Enable two-factor authentication as a second line of defence.
