Realm admins manage every area in the realm from Admin → Area manager. Useful for big realms where the regular areas list is too long, or for one-off bulk operations.
What you can do here
Browse every — grouped visually by parent group. Areas without a parent appear in their own "No parent" group.
Search by name — text filter at the top.
Switch between active and archived — toggle "Manage archived areas" to see archived areas instead. Archives are sorted by archive date.
Create a new — opens the same flow as the main creation page.
Open any — click a card to jump straight into it.
Archive / restore — one area at a time from its menu.
Note — Bulk operations (bulk archive, multi-select) aren't currently available — actions are one-at-a-time. "Last activity" timestamps and "filter by parent group" are also not in the page today.
Parent groups
Parents are how areas are organised in the page (each parent is rendered as a section header). Manage the parent list itself via the realm settings — see Parent groups.
