Custom branding lives in its own section of organisation settings at Admin → Settings → Custom branding. The Style and Custom branding sections are separated so the free-on-every-plan style options (welcome message, primary colour theme) sit independently from the add-on.
Heads up — Custom branding requires the Custom Branding Stripe add-on. Without it the section shows a full-page upsell with an Unlock-in-Billing CTA. With it, you get an in-page editor with live preview. See Billing to activate.
What you can change
Logo (wide) — PNG or SVG, ~400×100. Replaces the Carerealm logo in app headers, PDFs and emails.
Brand name — replaces the word "Carerealm" on PDFs, emails and mobile labels.
Icon (square) — PNG, ~512×512. Used as the browser favicon and on mobile tiles.
Master switch — Replace Carerealm branding system-wide. Uploads stay saved when off; only the live UI flips back to Carerealm.
Where the primary colour theme lives
Primary colour is now in the separate Style section (free on every plan). The Custom branding section focuses on logo + name + icon.
Wording (separate section)
The word Carerealm uses for an area ("resident", "client", "service user", etc.) is set on the General Settings tab — not under Style. See Why we say "area".
Note — Custom subdomains (e.g.
yourorg.carerealm.com) are not configurable from the admin UI today. If you need one, contact [email protected] — they're set up manually as part of onboarding for enterprise realms.
