Realm admins manage organisation-wide configuration at Admin → Settings. The page uses a left-rail sidebar that stays in view as you scroll, with sections grouped under Organisation, eMAR, Messaging (when messaging is enabled) and Security.
Organisation — General
Core identity, dashboard messaging and email digests:
Organisation name — your organisation's name across the platform.
Wording — the term you use for one supported person (Why we say "area").
Dashboard alert + Header banner — small announcements pinned to every user's dashboard or the top of the app.
Admin email-report digests — opt-in daily / weekly / monthly summary emails to a custom recipient list.
Organisation — Features
Major platform features as toggleable cards. Each card explains what enabling unlocks and links to the relevant help articles.
AI tools and features — diary autocomplete, the Insights panel, writing suggestions and the help-centre AI search.
Secure messaging — adds the Inbox app, channels, group DMs, encrypted messaging.
Custom branding — shown here as a status pill. Active = configurable in Custom branding; Add-on required = activate from Billing.
Organisation — Style
Welcome message on the dashboard and your primary colour theme. Free on every plan.
Organisation — Custom branding
Logo, brand name and icon. Gated behind the Custom Branding Stripe add-on — when locked, this section shows an unlock CTA; when unlocked, you get a full preview-as-you-type editor. See Branding.
eMAR — E-MAR defaults
Default administration buffer windows, missed-dose alert lead-times, controlled-drug witness policy. Each area can override these — see the eMAR settings articles.
eMAR — Drug interactions
Configure how strict the drug-interaction checker is. Set the minimum severity that surfaces warnings (default: moderate) and add custom interactions for your organisation.
Security — Authentication
How users sign into your organisation:
Allowed providers — password, Google, Microsoft, Apple, SAML SSO. Toggle each independently.
Mode — Optional (every provider available), Preferred (nudge users toward one), or Required (block password sign-in entirely).
Grace deadline — when "Required" is set, the date by which password sign-in is blocked. Lets staff migrate at their own pace.
Email-domain allow-list — restrict sign-in to specific company email domains.
Heads up — There is no password-complexity setting and no organisation-wide "require 2FA" toggle in the Authentication panel today. Individual users can enable two-factor authentication on their own account.
