Realm admins control everything that sits above the areas themselves — the organisation's identity, the user list, role definitions, single sign-on, automations, and billing.
Where to find admin
Once you're a realm admin, the side menu shows extra entries: Settings, Users, Workflows, Logs and Billing. Click any of them to open the admin surface.
What admins can't do
Admins can see every area and every record. They can read everything but history is preserved — edits and deletes are logged and never silent.
Admins cannot tamper with activity logs. Logs are append-only by design.
Some destructive actions (deleting a realm, removing the last admin) require a second admin to confirm.
