ICS subscription (.ics feed)
Carerealm publishes an ICS feed per area. Open the calendar's Export menu and copy the feed URL. Then in your calendar app (Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook):
Google Calendar — "Other calendars" → "From URL" → paste.
Apple Calendar — File → New Calendar Subscription → paste.
Outlook — "Add calendar" → "Subscribe from web" → paste.
Note — The feed includes every source you have enabled. Subscribed calendars are read-only — edits in Google/Apple/Outlook do NOT flow back to Carerealm.
Printing the current view
Open the view you want to print (Month, Week, Day, or Agenda) and press Cmd+P (Ctrl+P on Windows). Carerealm's print stylesheet removes the side menu and header so the page prints as a clean schedule.
What we don't support
CSV export — not currently available.
Direct PDF download — use your browser's "Save as PDF" option from the print dialog instead.
Two-way sync — the feed is one-way (Carerealm → your calendar app).
Tip — If you need a PDF for a paper handover pack, print via your browser and pick "Save as PDF" as the destination. Most browsers do this natively.
