The Forms app has a Show / Hide Insights pill near the top, opening a sidebar with completion stats for the current area.
What regular members see
A blue banner reads "Personal Insights Only — You're viewing your personal form submission statistics. Team comparisons are available to moderators and administrators." Stats shown: your own submission counts, your streaks (consecutive days submitted), totals.
What moderators + admins see
Top Performers — leaderboard of submitters in the area.
Current Streaks — who's on a run of consistent submissions.
Team Overview — totals across the team, with the current user's rank.
Note — Insights is a soft accountability surface — it makes "who's actually submitting" visible without exposing the content of submissions. Use it to spot training needs, not to performance-manage.
