Saved messages (private to you)
Hover a message → ⋯ → Save for later. The message goes into your Saved for later list in the sidebar. Nobody else sees what you've saved.
Use Saved for messages you want to come back to — handover notes, links, important decisions.
Pinning (visible to everyone)
Pinning makes a message stick to the top of the channel's pin popover so everyone can find it. Any member of any channel kind (regular channel, area channel, DM, group DM) can pin and unpin — Carerealm doesn't add special restrictions for area channels.
How to pin
Hover the message → ⋯ → Pin to channel.
The message appears in the pin popover (click the pin icon in the channel header to view).
Click Unpin from the same menu when it's no longer relevant.
Tip — Keep pinned messages short and timely. The pin popover gets noisy fast — unpin stale items as soon as they're no longer the current state.
