Installing the app

Where to find Carerealm on the App Store and Google Play.

iOS

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.

  2. Search for "Carerealm".

  3. Tap Get to install. The bundle identifier is com.rouic.carerealm.

  4. Open the app. Sign in with email + password, or with Google / Microsoft / Apple if your realm has those enabled.

Android

  1. Open the Play Store.

  2. Search for "Carerealm".

  3. Tap Install. The package name is com.rouic.carerealm.

  4. Open the app. Sign in the same way.

First-time sign-in

New accounts can't be created from inside the app (Apple Store policy) — tap "Sign up" or "Forgot password" and the link opens in your phone's browser. Complete the flow there, then return to the app to sign in.

Note — There's only one production build per platform. If the app feels slow on an older phone, make sure your OS is up to date — Carerealm follows Expo's default minimum supported versions, which roughly tracks the latest two major OS releases.

Tip — Sign in once and stay signed in. The app keeps your session so you don't need to re-authenticate every shift — important when you're on a phone with gloves on at someone's door.
