Carerealm publishes native iOS and Android apps for staff on the move. The mobile app focuses on the day-to-day work carers actually do at someone's side — diary entries, forms, reminders — and lets that work continue when the phone is offline.
What's in the app
Daily Diary — write and read entries (offline-capable).
Forms — fill in a form template, with prefilled answers from queue items where set (offline-capable).
Contacts — view and edit the contact list (offline-capable).
Reminders — see and complete reminders (offline-capable).
Files — browse and read files (online only).
About — read versioned About sections and mark them read.
Policies — read realm policies and mark them read.
Medication Stock — record stock check movements (offline-capable).
Money Tin — record petty-cash transactions (offline-capable).
Activity Log — read the audit trail.
Inbox — secure messaging with channel push.
Heads up — eMAR medication recording is NOT in the mobile app — only Medication Stock (counts, deliveries, disposals). Use the web app for administering and recording doses against a MAR sheet.
Sign-in
Email + password, or Google / Microsoft / Apple SSO if your realm has those enabled. Sign-up and password reset open in your phone's browser (Apple Store requirement) — they don't happen inside the app.
