The diary keeps a complete change history beyond the visible revisions. Realm admins can open it from the overflow (⋯) menu → Admin audit history.
What's in the history
Add — every entry creation.
Edit — every admin/moderator edit, with original and new content.
Archive / Restore — soft-delete events.
Lock / Unlock — lock state changes.
Move date — when an entry has been moved between diary days.
Filtering
Filter by date range, user, or action type. Useful when investigating "what happened on this day".
Read-only
Heads up — The audit history can't be edited or deleted — including by admins. That's the point: it's the audit trail. If a row is wrong, the correct response is to add a new corrective action (not rewrite history).
