The rota lives in a few different places depending on what you need. Here's where to look.
Staff — My shifts
Care staff use My shifts in the top navigation. It's your personal home for the rota: your upcoming shifts, open shifts you can claim, plus your leave and availability.
Per person — the Staff Rota tab
Every area has its own Staff Rota tab on the area's page. This is where that one area's week is built and viewed. Managers use it to add, edit and publish shifts; it also links through to that area's timesheets and rota settings.
Managers — Rota overview
To see the whole service at once, managers and admins open Rota overview from the Admin menu. It shows every area's week side by side so you can spot gaps and unpublished drafts, and publish across areas. From its header you can jump to Requests, Reports, Teams and Settings.
Admins — Rota settings
Service-wide setup lives in Settings → Staff Rota, whose tabs cover Rota settings (defaults), Staff roles, Skills & training, Pay rates, Funders, Manager permissions and Documents & e-signing. The operational pages — Payroll, Reports, Revenue and Teams — live on the Rota overview (under the Admin menu) instead.
- A quick way to a single area's rota is to open that area and use its **Staff Rota** tab.
- **Rota overview** only appears under Admin when the add-on is active and you're a realm admin.
