You can subscribe to your rota so your published shifts show up alongside the rest of your life in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook. You set it up once, and your calendar keeps itself up to date.
On My shifts, tap Subscribe to open the panel. It gives you a few options:
Add to calendar — opens your device's calendar and adds the live feed in one tap
Copy link — copies the feed's web address so you can paste it into Google Calendar or Outlook by hand
Reset link — replaces your link with a new one (see below)
Read-only and automatic
The calendar feed is read-only — it shows your shift times, who each shift is for and any break, but you can't edit shifts from your calendar. It also updates automatically: when your manager publishes new shifts, they appear in your calendar without you doing anything.
Keep your link private
Your link is personal — anyone who has it can see your shift times. If you ever share it by mistake, use Reset link to switch to a fresh one. The old link then stops working, so any device using it will need to subscribe again with the new link.
- 1Open **My shifts** and tap **Subscribe**.
- 2Tap **Add to calendar** to add it straight to your device, or **Copy link** to paste into Google Calendar or Outlook.
- 3Confirm the subscription in your calendar app.
- 4If you ever need to, tap **Reset link** to replace the link with a new one.
- In Google Calendar or Outlook, use **Copy link** then paste it under their "add by URL" option.
- Keep the link to yourself — it shows your shift times to anyone who has it.
- Resetting the link means every device has to re-subscribe with the new one.
